These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Naarni Service mobile application ("the App") provided by Naarni Technologies ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the App you agree to these Terms. The App is provided for use by authorised staff only.
1. Accounts & access
Accounts are provisioned by us or your employer and are tied to your phone number. You are responsible for keeping your device and one-time passwords (OTPs) secure, and for all activity performed under your account. Do not share your account or access the App on a device you do not control.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the App only for legitimate vehicle-maintenance work authorised by your organisation.
- Enter accurate information; do not falsify job cards, inspections or photos.
- Do not attempt to access data or functions outside your assigned role.
- Do not reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the App or its backend.
3. Data you submit
Job cards, inspection records, photos and related data you submit become part of your organisation's maintenance records. Handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Availability
We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and maintenance windows may apply. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime or data-sync delays.
5. Intellectual property
The App, its content and branding are owned by Naarni Technologies. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the App for its intended business purpose.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including where these Terms are breached or your authorisation ends. You may request account deletion via our Account & Data Deletion page.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
